Nestled within one of Sydney's most established neighbourhoods, the collaboration between Fortis, MHNDU and Alexander &CO. doesn't feel like a new development. It feels as though it has always belonged here. A collection of generous residences shaped by natural stone, sculptural detailing and a material palette chosen with remarkable restraint.
But behind that restraint was an extraordinary level of consideration. Stone slabs inspected one by one. Fireplace details sampled until the movement through each piece felt exactly right. Calacatta Viola appears throughout the ensuites and wine cellar, introducing rich veining and moments of character without overwhelming the architecture. Our Fusion Stone in Sky White and Rose provides a softer counterpoint, balancing the weight and richness of the surrounding materials.
At the heart of each residence, the fireplaces become something more than a functional element. Custom-crafted in Arabescato Corchia and Arabescato Grigio, they anchor each living space with a sense of permanence. Less an object placed within the room than an extension of the architecture itself, their generous proportions and expressive veining draw people together without ever demanding attention.
Elsewhere, chiselled-edge vanities introduce a crafted, tactile quality. A Portuguese limestone façade grounds the building with quiet confidence, while the outdoor kitchen—wrapped in Paonazzo and Calacatta Oro—extends the same material language beyond the interior.
